Refund & Return Policy

At Big Cottonwood Towing & Recovery, we strive to provide fair and transparent policies for all of our roadside passes and towing services. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. All Sales Final
- Purchases of Day Passes, Weekend Passes, and Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Passes are linked to the vehicle provided at checkout and cannot be reassigned to another vehicle or person.
2. Date Changes
- Day Pass and Weekend Pass holders may request a one-time date change if the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the original coverage date.
- All change requests must be made using the contact information found in your order confirmation email.
- Date changes are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.
3. Weather & Road Closures
- In the event of official canyon road closures or extreme weather that prevents us from providing service, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Big Cottonwood Towing & Recovery.
- Proof of closure or documented inability to service will be required.
4. Services Rendered

Once a recovery or roadside assistance service has been provided under your pass, that coverage is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund.
5. Hard Copy & Digital Pass Delivery
- Digital passes are delivered by email. Hard copy passes (if selected at checkout) are mailed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your pass has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact us at members@bcctow.com and we will re-issue or resend your pass.
6. Membership & Invoice-Based Accounts

For clients on monthly or invoice-based agreements, payment terms and penalties are outlined in the Service Agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
